Refund policy

We offer a 3-day return policy, meaning you have 3 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions and address. Please note that return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get a replacement is to return your item first. Once the return is approved, place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. If the original payment method was Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be sent to the account you provide.
